Exchange Policy T & C

We have a customer friendly 2 day exchange policy:

Exchanges can be made in-store.

Exchange request will be accepted in STORES only after inspection of the delivered product. Acceptance of returns is strictly left to the discretion of the in-store manager and his/her decision after inspection will be final.

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped.
  2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will be eligible to buy other products with the same amount paid for the earlier product. No refund of money can be processed for cancellation of orders. 

No-Return Policy:

  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call us on +91-8660020515 and also email mentioning the problem.
  2. We will personally ensure that a brand new product replacement is sent to you.  
  3. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request via Whatsapp Only. There is Exchange option available to choose from and you will have to return the product to AARI SILKS STORE address via any courier/Porter services at your cost.
  4. Please note that a complete seal packed parcel unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any replacement.
  5. Incase you have received a damaged product, we need a package opening video showing the parcel opening and damages if any in the same video. This is mandatory for proof of authentication else we cannot accept the product received as damaged because the products are sent after through checking at our Store.
  6. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook chat / Instagram chat or phone call.
  7. Products once sold will only be exchanged for other products in case of damaged products from our end.
  8. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no exchange would be made.
  9. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you. Lost shipment should be sorted out between you and the courier service provider and AARI Silks will not take responsibility for it.
  10. New product / other product would be sent within 4-7 days (balance if any, needs to be settled) after the product is received back to our STORE in Bangalore.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for EXCHANGE or replacement, viz:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
  2. If the Saree has been ordered with fall and edging
  3. No Refund/Exchange for Inner wears and essentials category.
  4. If the product is customized for you
  5. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. 
  6. If the product is made to order

Exchange Policy:

  1. You have to raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product. 
  2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 4-7 working days. Please note AARI SILKS will not arrange for the pick up from your door step
  3. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it
  4. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized
    for you.
  5. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another
    product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  6.  If you want to exchange your product with another product of
    lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of credit note. 
  7. Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
  8. No discount will be given on exchange orders.

International Shipping NOT POSSIBLE AT THE MOMENT

Our Delivery partner is DTDC.


We do strict quality checks before delivery of any product. Hence, we don’t accept returns and there is a 2 days exchange policy on the products sold in our Aari Silks Studio only.
Note: Any customizations (Pico Fall, Blouse, Lehenga Stitching) done in the Aari Silks Store cannot be exchanged or returned.
